Flash Bar FAQ

Questions About the Flash Bar

What shapes and combinations of Flash Bars can I make?

There are several segments available for the Flash Bar currently. See all Flash Bar Segments.

Flash Bar segments connect to provide a range of shapes and sizes. Check out our Bar Builder tool to design your own bar!

What is the smallest Flash Bar I can order?

Flash Bar Straight segment with end caps Technically, the smallest Flash Bar you can order is a single straight segment with end caps. This would be a sufficient starter bar that you can add on to as you go.

What are the Flash Bar dimensions?

The exact dimensions of the Flash Bar vary based on the size and shape bar you design.

However, we have the exact dimensions for each segment here:

Can I use the Flash Bar for indoors and outdoors?

Yes! The Flash Bar is made from stainless steel with an acrylic counter top. However, if you plan on keeping the Flash Bar outside for an extended amount of time, we recommend covering it for protection.

What is the Counter Top made out of?

The stock counter top on the Flash Bar is a 9mm, scratch resistant, black acrylic. It is very durable and bolted onto the Flash Bar, therefore easily replaceable. We also offer a full stainless steel counter as well as a highly durable seaboard plastic in black and white textured, matte finish.

Flash Bar Accessories

How many LEDs do I need for the Flash Bar?

The LED Kit can only support up to 4 segments so additional kits will be required as the number of segments increases. Also, if you plan on splitting your Flash Bar into multiple stand alone bars (set of end caps needed for each bar) you will need an additional power source for your LEDs. Contact us for an additional LED power source.

I already have a Flash Bar, but I want to come back and add an accessory, can I?

Yes, absolutely!

We designed everything on the Flash Bar to be modular. Each accessory that we create can be retrofitted onto the Flash Bar.

For example, if you wanted to add an Ice Bin or Sink to your Flash Bar, you can do so. We’ve designed a modular shelf with a cutout for the Ice Bin or Sink that snaps onto the Flash Bar frame like the regular shelves.

How do I add graphics to my Flash Bar?

Large scale vinyl printing usually needs to be set up by a graphic designer with experience in vector artwork. Download our complete guide to artwork here for more information.

If you do not have access to a graphic designer we can set you up with a graphic designer who charges an hourly rate in 15-minute increments.

Please be aware that lead times for an Flash Bar with graphics can vary. They depend on when we get the final print-ready artwork files approved by both the customer and our printer.

How many Flash Bar segments does the Road Case carry?

A single Road Case is designed to carry two straight segments OR two corner segments OR one straight segment one corner segment.

Basically, two Flash Bar segments for each Road Case.

You will need a Road Case for every two Flash Bar segment combinations you plan on transporting.

Do I need to purchase the Road Case?

No, you don’t need to purchase the Road Case to transport the Flash Bar, but it is recommended.

We designed the Flash Bar to transport easily with each light-weight piece stacking and laying flat. However, we have designed the Road Case to be a protective storage case to transport the Flash Bar efficiently and safely.

Shipping, Cost, and Installation

How do I turn the Flash Bar into two separate bars?

Each Flash Bar comes with ONE set of end caps.

To turn the Flash Bar into two separate bars, you will need to purchase an extra set of end caps (one set for each extended bar you would like to make).

The Flash Bar is modular and comes in segments. Theoretically, you can make as many bars as you’d like to any size and shape. However, because each bar comes with only one set of end caps, each stand alone Flash Bar will need it’s own set of end caps. This is how the bar was designed to work.

How do I assemble the Flash Bar once it arrives?

The Flash Bar easily assembles with no tools! No segment takes more than a few minutes with a two person setup.

There is an assembly manual included with your Flash Bar order.

Furthermore, check out our setup video.

How much does the Flash Bar cost?

Flash Bar pricing is variable depending on how many segments you need.

What is the shipping lead time on the Flash Bar?
