We do not ship international orders (except in Canada). However, if you are willing to schedule a freight forward to pick up from our warehouse or if we can ship to a forwarder here in the US we will work with you on getting the order done.
We will not be responsible for any fees outside of the products we are shipping. Broker fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer due separately as the order travels into the country and not the responsibility of The Portable Bar Company
Only ACH and wire transfers will be accepted for international orders. No checks and no credit card payments will be accepted.
The warranty is void for all international orders (except Canada). We will continue to ship replacement parts under the same terms as freight. The wire must be done beforehand and shipping handled on the customer’s side.
All our bars are packed on a pallet and shipped by a 3rd party commercial freight carrier. We recommend shipping to a commercial location. For bulk orders of 3 or more bars, please call for a shipping quote.

Most orders will arrive between 8 – 10 weeks from when your order is placed (meaning payment is received and custom work is confirmed.)
Lead times are fluid and depend on several factors such as: the shipping transit time, if your order has custom work, how many bars you’re ordering, and how many orders are currently scheduled with our warehouse.

We can print on all or any of the side panels, the front panel, and the top counter panel. We can also print on our back bars. We can also print on every panel material we have except for stainless steel.
To place a print order, we need vector artwork (saved with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.)
To expedite the process, you can download the artwork template on the product page and email your completed artwork to us at sales@theportablebarcompany.com. We will send an artwork proof before printing. You can also use these templates to get artwork done locally later.
This depends on the bar and the custom options selected. All bars have two major components: frames and panels.
All frames are made of steel. Some are made of powder-coated or clear-coated steel. Others are made of stainless steel.
Panel materials vary. What’s available per bar depends on the model. The materials we use are: translucent acrylic (for backlit bars), opaque black acrylic, ACP (Aluminum Composite Panels), and marine-grade plywood finished with Wilson Art Laminate (wood and stone looks.) We also have a textured vinyl print option for wood and stone looks that are more weather resistant than laminate.
We have many customers who use our bars outside. The key to being able to use the bars outside is selecting both a weather-resistant frame material and a weather-resistant panel material. Every product page has a Care and Maintenance Guide in the resources section specific to that bar with recommendations about use. We strongly suggest reviewing these if you will be using your bar outside often. If you have questions, please give us a call.
Every bar we have can be used indoors.
Yes, it is easy to remove and/or replace the panels. They’re two ways we attach panels. We slide them into channels like a picture in a picture frame or we bolt them to a frame.

The LED Kit With Battery includes (1) set of waterproof LED strips with preprogrammed lighting options, (1) controller w/ remote, and (1) rechargeable 8-hour sealed battery with power supply.
The LED Kit No Battery includes everything except the battery. You will have to plug the bar into an electrical outlet to use it. Just like a regular light.
All our bars are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for 1 year from the delivery date. The manufacturer warranty includes ground shipping in the continental US. The details of what is covered can be viewed on our warranty page linked here.
Our return policy is limited due to the complexity of shipping these bars. Please review our detailed return policy before buying.
Strict exceptions to the return policy:
All custom orders are final once the custom work has been ordered.
All international orders are final once the order ships.
All freight charges are final once the order ships.
