The NSF Flash Bar Straight Segment is the heart of the NSF-certified Flash Bar. This modular system offers segments and accessories to customize the size, shape, and functionality of your bar.
NSF Certification: NSF/ANSI 2 certified
Material and cleanability: NSF Certified Flash Bars feature stainless steel interiors and non-porous surfaces. They also break completely down so that every inch of them can be cleaned. See the Maintenance & Care Guide
Mobility + durability: NSF Flash Bar segments rest on legs and completely break down rather than folding and rolling, allowing for transport in bags or road cases. Two people can set up each segment in about 2 minutes.
Ice bin and drain: Optional accessories include drainable ice bin, 4-basin sink, speed rail and sink with drainboard.
Size / capacity / layout: The modular NSF Flash Bar allows you to customize the size and shape of your bar. Choose based on how many guests you’ll serve and how you’ll set up service.
