We recently worked with Enhance a Colour, a full service Event Marketing company specializing in customized graphics and displays for companies such as Budweiser, Veuve Clicquot and Tanqueray. Their work helps brands make the impact they need to explode into new markets and expand their presence in existing markets.

Enhance a Colour’s Story and Challenges

Enhance a Colour  needed to create an event display for Budweiser, a sponsor of  Rihanna’s Diamonds Road Tour. The  display needed to play to create the exclusive and quality vibe of a VIP section while being portable enough to be set up and broken down quickly and easily transported to 50 different stops on the concert route.

No small task!

Portability in particular was absolutely essential. The entire display –  backdrop, carpet, columns and the bar – that Enhance a Colour created had to be able to be set-up in less than 15 minutes every night that Rihanna was performing.

The Solution

Enhance a Colour wanted a clean looking portable bar that would visually entice audiences to “drink in the fun” in a custom VIP section – The Budweiser Zone, while still being highly portable.

We recommended the Professional Portable Bar for it’s quick set-up time and large presence. At 65” wide with floor-to-counter panels, the bar created a large permanent, presence at the center of The Budweiser Zone.

Enhance a Colour took the Professional Bar’s portability to the next level with a road case that let the Rihanna set-up crew roll the bar in and out of the road case so that Rihanna’s crew could set up the entire area in less than 15 minutes using just an allen wrench.

The custom Budweiser Graphics and LED lighting created the premium look and vibe that Enhance a Colour knows is essential for their clients.

Results

The clean look and permanent presence of the Professional Portable Bar combined custom graphic printing  and Enhance a Colour’s pop-up display let the VIPs “drink in the fun.”
